Join An Advisory Board
The association of Software Test Professionals (STP) reflects the vision of the industry; provides timely valuable tools and resources as well as encourages member communication and collaboration. In order for STP to stay abreast of the industry trends and standards that directly impact the association we need members who are willing to collaborate on various advisory boards.
Peer collaboration through an advisory board will enhance the overall value of the tools and resources STP provides its members. Furthermore, the community at-large will benefit from leading industry experts – like you - who take active roles in the strategic direction of the association.
Strategic Advisory Board (SAB)
The Strategic Advisory Board assists Software Test Professionals Association in determining the direction and strategy of the organization in serving the software development and testing community. With input from the SAB, STP will focus and deliver information to help professionals prepare and meet tomorrow's industry challenges.

Conference Program Board (CPB)
The Conference Program Board works with the STP board representative and is expected to make recommendations for keynote speakers, sessions and overall direction of the conference program. At STP we believe that the stake holders in the industry should be driving the direction of everything we do - the conference is no exception. We are determined through this process to deliver a quality program that resonates to every member of our industry. This board convenes around individual conferences.

Local Interest Chapter (LIC)
The LI's are groups of committed software test and quality assurance professionals who come together to share best practices, develop new relationships, and build the future framework of the industry within the Software Development Life Cycle. We share a common bond to better ourselves, our organizations and our communities through a local network. The LI functions as an incubator of ideas, a place to improve your career, to share your knowledge and expertise and to maintain lasting relationships with other IT professionals.
