Well, folks, it's that time again.
Time for me to compile a column of "Ask the Tester", the
interactive Q&A column for STQA Magazine.
Why interactive?
'Cuz you folks ask the questions.
This month's interview-ee is Adam Goucher, the
Crazy Canadian Consultant.
Seriously, Adam is a great guy. A prolific writer, Adam
Blogs at Goucher.ca and his
Selenium Blog, tweets at
@AdamGoucher, and is always working on some book project. (I was pleased to contribute to "
Beautiful Testing", the last collection of essays he co-edited.)
If I had to pin him down, I'd put Adam in the school of context-driven testing (hey, that's what he says on his 'about' page on his website) but also with a focus on automation and enabling developers to create very complex test setups, rigs, harnesses, etc.
In fact, in my words (not his) I would say Adam is the guy people call when they want to do something tricky with test automation and get stuck.
That said -- I need some questions for Adam! Please feel free to leave them in the comments, or email me: matt.heusser@gmail.com with your questions. (Include your province or major city, name, and, if like, employer.)
We look forward to hearing from you! (The best question-ers have a way of coming back as interview-ees. Just sayin'...)
