Lanette Creamer is a software quality leader based in Seattle, WA. Otherwise know as Testy Redhead, She is an active participant in the quality community and a passionate advocate for collaborative quality. Lanette is a frequent presenter at software conferences, and has presented at PNSQC 2008 & 2009, Better Software/Agile Development Practices 2009, STPCon 2010, CAST 2011, Agile & Beyond, STPCon 2012, and STPCon Online 2012, StarEast and taught tutorials at Agile Development Practices West, Star East, Agile and Beyond, and an all day class on Exploratory Testing, Pairing, and overall Whole Team Quality in 2012 and 2013. Lanette has extensive experience pairing with developers, leading software test teams, planning, and executing agile testing. She's worked on projects as short as 2 weeks and as large as several years with multiple products. From a one person team to the enterprise scale, there's a way to approach the testing that adds value to stakeholders. Lanette isn't interested in finding and implementing standards or best practices. Her only testing interest is in doing what we can do today to make whole team quality better tomorrow. She has 14 years of software industry experience, was an independent consultant from 2011-2013, and offers custom courses when possible while working full time for Silicon Publishing Inc in the exciting world of Web to Print Design!
