Mention the word “process” and invariably there is a mixed reaction. The interpretation of the word can be significantly different depending on the person and the context in which it is used. At the opposite ends of the spectrum are those who are most comfortable and productive surrounded by process as opposed to those who find it so restricting or binding they are unable to function.
