He defined the corporate strategic direction for Software Testing and Quality Assurance for an S&P50 company. With emphasis on practicality and realism, he defined the organizational structure, appropriate use of test tools, testing best practices (risk-based), test deliverable templates, integration with Agile development methods, test environment setup, utilization of off-shore testing resources, roles & responsibilities, training and certification program, test automation guidelines and testing effectiveness metrics, all of which contributed to lowering the cost to serve, increasing quality and productivity, eliminating non-value added IT activities and improving speed to market. He leverages his broad exposure base within many industry verticals including the airline, transportation, logistics and most recently the education industries, to implement process improvements that are effective and efficient regardless of the industry.
