DaVita is a unique place to work. The word DaVita means “giving life,”
and when asked what our teammates (employees) do for a living, each
is proud to respond with a simple answer: “I give life.” Providing dialysis
treatments to one in three Americans with kidney failure only scratches the
surface of what we do. We are a community first and a company second, and
while we promote a healthy balance of work and life, we also expect the highest
level of performance in everything we do. We believe the work that each of
our teammates does directly affect the lives of our chronically ill patients –
and that includes our IT team.
