Agile QA Toolkit

An Agile QA Consultant does more than write test cases or execute them. They participate in activities such as “Estimating Stories” and “Backlog Grooming”. They interact with developers, attend daily scrum and sprint-planning sessions and they AUTOMATE.

As QA you are expected to be knowledgeable on the different tools and methodologies used. Finding the root cause of issues, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the development team, design, and product owners while still ensuring that releases are sent out on time.

It can become overwhelming when a bug makes its way to production or the builds that you are getting are not up to par. How do you set yourself up for success? How do you make an impact? Having an Agile QA toolkit will allow you to be knowledgeable in the right areas, think quickly on your feet, be ready to grasp promotion and other opportunities for growth as well as be confident and efficient in carrying out your day to day tasks.
