Recorded 05/20/20

Testers and QA specialists who transitioned to agile during the past couple of decades had to make a big mindset shift, from bug detection to bug prevention, from working in separate teams to collaborating in cross-functional teams. _Agile Testing: A Practical Guide for Testers and Agile Teams_ by Lisa Crispin and Janet Gregory introduced the “10 Principles for Agile Testers” to guide people making this transition.

More recently, Alan Page and Brent Jensen used the Agile Testing books as one starting point, along with their own experiences working as testing coaches and data scientists, and formulated their Modern Testing Principles.

In this webinar, Lisa Crispin will explore these two sets of principles, how they relate to each other, how teams can benefit from them, and how they might shape the future of testing and quality.

Webinar Takeaways:

  • How these sets of principles relate to each other
  • Ways to apply these principles to help delivery teams build quality in
