Rapid UI Test Automation – Avoiding the Pitfalls
Developers continue inventing new technologies to build Web applications. They automatically generate code and markup, and asynchronously load data. And this creates new technical challenges for Web UI test automation.
In my webinar I will give an overview of problem areas with particular examples. I will provide practical tips on resilient XPath generation, usage of object repository pattern and dealing with dynamics content. You will also learn how to analyze web applications and put together an infrastructure for ensuring adequate testing.
Web UI automated testing is not about UI actually, it is about testing of asynchronously loaded and dynamically modified XML trees. Thus formulated the problem looks less difficult to me. And I am sure that after the webinar the problem will look less difficult to you as well.
